Are you our next Senior Engineer?

We’re looking for multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers to join our team(s). As a Senior FS Engineer, you’ll join one of our existing teams and work with skilled Engineers, Product Managers, and designers who value collaboration, learning, and impactful solutions.

Your opinions will influence product decisions and impact Tracksuit’s product. Product development is collaborative, and you will be a key contributor to the technical delivery.

This role involves innovating and collaborating in fast-paced two-week sprints to bring new product ideas to life, utilizing your tech stack knowledge.

While the role is listed as based in Sydney, we are open to Auckland applicants and those working from our NZ office. We are also considering candidates willing to relocate from NZ to Sydney; you must have the legal right to work permanently in Australia.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain code and develop features to improve the platform in line with the product roadmap.
• Refine and scope development work, including testing your own work.
• Support and collaborate with Product and Design teams.
• Contribute to architecture and development decisions aligning with product goals.
• Support best practices, scalability, and maintainability in development.
• Design scalable systems using approaches like containerization and serverless architecture.
• Become a domain expert in your product area and build strong relationships with customers.
• Mentor and support other engineers by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Who are you?

Salary : $155,000 - $180,000 AUD or $130,000 - $160,000 NZD.
