• Permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week)
• Salary between $74,090 and $77,420 per annum pro-rata

• About the role
• This position provides high quality administrative support to the Maternity Service ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• The role involves :
• optimal management and scheduling of all patient new and follow-up appointments
• wait list management
• accounts
• maintaining data on departmental databases.As the Booking Administrator, you will be heavily involved with administrative processes for our service, and we're looking for someone who is 'on the ball' when it comes to ensuring that the necessary paperwork is spot on! The role also involves a significant amount of communication with other pivotal key members, including patients.

• previous administration experience
• a willingness to learn new systems
• the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• strong computer skills (essential)
