At Justkidz Albany , we are seeking a qualified and passionate early childhood teacher to join our wonderful team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Our centre offers a warm, nurturing, and inclusive environment where tamariki are encouraged to learn, explore, and thrive through meaningful play experiences. You’ll be joining a supportive and professional teaching team that values collaboration, respect, and joy in early learning.

We’re looking fr someone who :

• Holds a New Zealand ECE qualification and current teacher registration
• Is passionate about early childhood education and supporting children’s learning journeys
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
• Builds trusting, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
• Has a sound understanding of Te Whāriki and bicultural practices
• Brings creativity, positivity, and professionalism to the teaching environment
• Is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning space for all children
