In response to an exciting portfolio of secured works, we're looking for an experienced Contracting Project Manager to lead the delivery of key infrastructure projects in the Southland region.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction and contract management, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes.

We are looking to grow the Contracting Management Team with someone who can contribute to our approach of value added, no nonsense contracting.

In addition to the above you will :

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

Manage contracts and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and fostering strong working relationships.

Coordinate teams and resources, driving performance and forward planning to eliminate downtime and deliver successful outcomes.

We're looking for someone with :

Requirements

A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent

5+ years post-graduate experience in civil infrastructure or contracting project delivery

Proven experience in contract administration, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement

Strong understanding of health & safety, quality standards, and environmental compliance

Excellent communication and organisational skills
