Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The purpose of the Enterprise Planning and Performance Manager is to lead strategic portfolio planning and governance across ASB to provide bank wide clarity, prioritisation and risk management to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Tribes, Platforms, and initiatives through monthly reviews to ensure they are on track to meet their outcomes and financial commitments.
- Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Delivery Leads, and Finance to ensure key portfolio performance data is complete and accurate.
- Coordination and facilitation of the annual and quarterly enterprise planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, financial constraints, and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain the portfolio roadmap.
- Regular reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and ASB Board.
- Identify systemic risks within the portfolio and ensure mitigations are in place.
- Lead and contribute to key processes, reporting, and analysis work.

To be successful in this role, you need to be confident in portfolio management with illustrated experience within a large scale organisation and be familiar navigating data software. Additionally, you should have :
Exposure leading organisational planning and risk management / governance in a complex environmentPlatform Proficiency : Familiarity with Planview, Clarity PPM, Microsoft Project Online or similar.Attention to Detail : A methodical approach to data preparation and reporting with a lens on curiosity towards the unknownCollaboration Skills : Ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels in cross functional squads and divisions.Continuous Learning : passionate about continuous learning and process improvements, particularly within data and reporting environments.He aha tā mātou | What can we offer?
