We are seeking a

Food & Beverage Assistant

to join our team at

Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin

In this role, you'll provide high-quality food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

You'll work collaboratively with the team to maintain service standards and uphold the Compass Group brand.

Deliver friendly and professional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests.

Provide food and beverage service, including table setup, waiting duties, and beverage preparation.

Prepare and serve espresso coffee and maintain coffee equipment.

Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Maintain clean and hygienic dining and kitchen areas, including equipment and stock rotation.

Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role.

A team player with strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.

Physically fit, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Holds or is willing to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Police Clearance.

NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) preferred.
