About the role – Nga Ahuatanga o te Turanga
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to facilitate the successful implementation, optimisation, and management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and digital improvement initiatives.
This is a key role for a project manager with excellent relationship building and communication skills with the drive to get things done.
You'll be based onsite supporting stakeholders across our diverse organisation in our brand-new office space with breathtaking lake and mountain views!
Key Responsibilities
Lead stakeholders through the ERP platform implementation and continuous improvement roadmap to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
Manage digital improvement projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Lead change and training initiatives to ensure that digital improvements are adopted successfully.
Collaborate across Council to define objectives and deliver solutions that align with organisational goals.
Monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Analyse data and workflows to identify improvement opportunities that deliver an improved user experience.
Oversee training and change management for digital tools.

You'll bring a mix of technical expertise, project leadership, and a genuine desire to make a difference in a community-focused organisation.
We are looking for someone with :
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and / or equivalent experience
Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
And the following capabilities :

Software Product Delivery Expertise
Experience leading ERP products, (particularly Technology One CiAnywhere) would be an advantage.
