The Role | Mo tenei turanga mahi
We are looking for a Registered Health Professional to join our unique services in Thames, working in our awesome community mobile team, and housing and recovery services.
Responsibilities include :
Support our tangata whai ora in their recovery by using the strength of whanau and community
Provide expert clinical guidance to ensure all health care needs are addressed.
Provide input around assessment and treatment plans in our 24 / 7 services.
Liaise with relevant organisations and support our team to care for guests.
About You | Mou
Current registration as a
Registered Health Professional
(e.g., Alcohol and Drug Practitioner or Registered Nurse preferred)
Experience in mental health is preferred
A full clean NZ driver's license
Dedication to the principles of trauma informed care
A passion for supporting those in need
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
