Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative AI Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about the latest developments in AI and machine learning.

This role focuses on creating AI-driven QA solutions, adopting cutting-edge AI advancements, and ensuring the quality and reliability of AI-based systems.

With 4-5 years of experience in test automation across a wide range of tools, the ideal candidate will be proactive in adopting new technologies, ensuring the robustness and accuracy of AI models, and driving the quality agenda within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

AI QA Solutions Development : design, develop, and implement advanced AI-powered QA automation solutions for testing AI-based applications, models, and systems.

Identify performance bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and model biases.

Test Automation & Frameworks : build and maintain automated test frameworks for AI systems using tools such as Playwright, Appium, Pytest, or custom AI testing tools.

Ensure scalability, reusability, and best practices.

Senior automation coding skills in Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.

AI Model Testing : perform functional and non-functional testing of AI models to assess accuracy, bias, scalability, and robustness; conduct regression testing across scenarios.

Adopt AI Innovations : stay up to date with AI advancements; explore and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve QA processes.

Cloud and On-Premise AI Services : test AI solutions hosted on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise services; ensure optimal performance in both environments.

Cross-functional Collaboration : work with AI developers, data scientists, and product teams; provide QA perspectives.

Continuous Improvement : improve testing methodologies; drive automation efficiency and align with AI development cycles.

Pipeline development : describe and demonstrate test automation pipelines with AI solutions using PaaS (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Quality Metrics & Reporting : establish quality metrics, track progress, and report on outcomes; maintain documentation.

Communication : clearly convey concepts and value to stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 4-5 years in test automation with focus on AI / ML-based applications; proven experience building automated test frameworks.

Technical Skills : Proficient in Python, C#, Java, or TypeScript; strong Python proficiency.

Hands-on automation tools : Selenium, Appium, Pytest, or similar.

Experience with cloud AI services (AWS AI / ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Cloud AI) and on-premise AI solutions.

Version control and CI / CD pipelines for automated testing.

AI / ML knowledge : basic concepts; testing methodologies for AI, including model validation and performance testing.

Analytical and problem-solving skills; learning mindset; collaboration and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with on-premise AI services and hybrid deployments.

Familiarity with AI ethics, fairness, and bias testing.

Experience in TDD or BDD in AI projects.
