As an Associate Geotechnical Engineer based in our

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, develop, and mentor a team by communicating effectively, sharing knowledge, and taking accountability, creating an environment where people feel supported to learn, grow, and collaborate. 12–15 years of experienceConsultancy experience and a growth mindset Strong local experience in geotechnical analysis and design, with expertise in settlement, foundations, slope stability, and retaining wall designAn understanding of and experience with Te Ao Māori is highly desirableYou really can bring your whole self to work and be confident that your voice will be heard.
