As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Forsyth Barr Stadium, you\'ll oversee the performance of our F&B team during events and service periods.

You\'ll ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards, all while leading by example in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Supervise and allocate tasks to F&B staff during shifts, supporting service and food prep.

Deliver warm, professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Oversee food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service.

Maintain clean and organised dining and kitchen areas.

Recruit, induct, train, and mentor team members to meet performance goals.

Strong leadership skills and experience in a similar supervisory role.

Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Holds a General Manager\'s Certificate (Liquor Service) and police clearance.

NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and HACCP knowledge preferred.
