We're seeking an experienced and motivated Holiday Park Manager to lead daily operations and be the face of our relaunch.We will also consider Property Managers with rental portfolio experience who want to step into tourism / accommodation.What You'll DoLead and support the on-site team (grounds, housekeeping, reception)Oversee reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest servicesDrive outstanding guest experiences and service standardsManage budgets, reporting, and occupancy targetsEnsure health & safety and regulatory complianceSupport marketing and promotional initiativesReport directly to Owner, Adam Stewart, with monthly in-person or virtual meetingsWhat You'll BringManagement experience in holiday parks, hospitality, property management, or tourismStrong leadership and people skillsGuest-first mindset and practical problem solvingConfidence with booking / PMS / POS systemsHands-on approach across all facets of the parkWhat We Offer$30-$35 per hour (depending on experience) plus bonusOpportunity to lead a flagship relaunchSupportive, family-owned environmentPotential on-site accommodationHow to ApplyPlease send your CV.
