Responsibilities
- Operational leadership role delivering high quality professional imaging service
- Full time role in the Hamilton / Waikato region
- Lead the Waikato Clinical Team with inspiring leadership and a team-first ethos
- Lead and inspire our Waikato based Clinical Team across five branches in the Waikato / Hamilton Region
- Drive operations improvement and reliability across Clinical Teams and services
- Anticipate and manage risk with calm and informed judgment
- Strengthen referrer and key stakeholder relationships across the region
- Build and maintain effective working relationships; demonstrate calmness under pressure
- Be a highly motivated, flexible team player; understand the importance of patient privacy and confidentiality
About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and inspire our Waikato based Clinical Team working across our five branches in the Waikato / Hamilton Region. We are seeking a leader with sharp curiosity, strong delivery, and an eye for excellence. You will lead our clinical teams across the Waikato region, ensuring our systems, people, and processes operate at their best.
You will bring clinical expertise (preferred) and leadership to the service, offering a welcoming, empathetic imaging service to our patients, referrers and funders.
