To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

• Design and maintain testing outcomes for critical projects and programmes
• Manage resource planning and estimate work effort
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders e.g., QA team, development team, vendors, projects & programmes
• Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information
• Keep current with delivery lifecycles and testing methodologies
• Strong emphasis on understanding and implementing continuous improvements to testing within a squad model
