Baker – Full Time

Location : Hokitika, West Coast

Hours : Minimum 30 hours per week

Pay Rate : $24 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Baker to join our team in Hokitika. This role is suited to someone who has a passion for producing high-quality baked goods, works well under pressure, and enjoys being part of a busy commercial kitchen.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and bake a variety of products at a consistently high standard
• Ensure all necessary stock is on hand and maintained at the correct quality and quantity
• Maintain clear communication between the kitchen and shop floor to ensure smooth service
• Check each item leaving the kitchen for quality, presentation, and correct temperature
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures
• Support general kitchen operations as needed
