Job descriptionC2-level English proficiency with excellent communication. Legal eligibility to live and work in Australia or New Zealand. A problem solver passionate about tech, numbers, and innovation. Experience in Revenue Management or hospitality tech sales; understanding of hoteliers’ needs. Degree in business or hospitality preferred. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn. Remote‑first model with flexible working hours. Bonus vacation : five weeks after five years of loyalty. Remote Sales & Revenue Manager
Location : Remote Australia / New Zealand – Full time.
About the Role
As a Sales and Revenue Manager, you will be the primary consultant for hotel clients, guiding them from trial to successful adoption of RoomPriceGenie's pricing platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for hotel clients, mastering revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Own the customer journey from lead to loyal customer – manage leads, onboard clients, maintain feedback loops.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of new opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Collaborate with the tech team, providing product improvement feedback based on client needs.
- Influence the future of the startup by sharing creative ideas and fresh approaches.
