What you will do

Lead the site's laboratory and process team to achieve operational excellence

Drive process improvement, CI projects, and troubleshoot plant performance

Provide technical chemical engineering expertise to support operations

Champion safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site

What we are looking for

Chemical / Process Engineering degree with solid industrial experience

Proven project management and CI expertise, with a strong technical toolkit

Strong leadership ability – either proven people leadership or the potential to grow into it

Confident communicator able to influence across levels and teams
