• in this position you will need to work on a rotating roster (40 hours per week) that will consist of 5 x 8-hours shifts anytime during our operating hours.

This means you could be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.About the RoleYou will ensure our customers have a positive experience by providing a superior level of customer service processing rental transactions, and ensuring we have vehicles groomed and readily available for our customers at our counters.Further to the above you will coordinate the daily activities of the team and where needed, train, coach and direct the team in their duties.

Noncompliance with established policies and procedures must be reported to management.

You will also assist Manager with preparing shift schedules and reports.To be successful in this role you will need : Previous managerial and / or leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and developing team members, delivering feedback, and managing performance of team members (highly advantageous but not essential).
