Community Engagement and Insights Advisor
Te Whiwhinga mahi| The opportunity
The Community Engagement & Insights Advisor will provide communications and engagement support to internal teams and provide insights support to the Communications and Engagement team.
Insights support includes the development of questions, surveys (Qualtrics and Engagement HQ), development of engagement summary reports and training and support using Consultation Manager.
Key responsibilities include :
Development of communication and engagement plans and implementation of these, including the development of related collateral.
All in alignment with the AT Way.
Providing support to the Community & Engagement teams on the development of questions for consultation materials, development of survey tools and analysing data received.
Development of templates for engagement reporting.
Providing team training on survey development, analysis and key engagement reporting tools
Na ta rourou | What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or relevant experience delivering community & stakeholder engagement
5 years' experience in communications and / or engagement roles or 5 years in a similar field such as data analysis, journalism or government relations.
Public sector experience is preferred.
Experience working with consultation processes
Experience of key tools including Engagement HQ, Consultation Manager and Qualtrics is desirable.
IAP2 Certification is desirable
