This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment that combines legal expertise with high-level client service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear and practical legal advice across trust, corporate and commercial matters.Draft, review and manage a wide range of legal and transactional documents.Work closely with international clients, trustees, and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.Contribute to risk management, compliance, and due diligence processes.Support onboarding of new clients and help foster strong, long-term relationships.About You2+ years PQE, ideally looking to transition in-houseCommercial and trust law experience advantageous but not essentialStrong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skillsConfident using technology and quick to learn new systemsProactive, professional, and client-focusedMust be eligible to live and work in New ZealandWhat\'s on OfferCompetitive salaryModern office based in Tauranga CBDFriendly and collaborative global teamThis is a full-time role based in Tauranga.
