We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Functional Specialist to join a high-impact team supporting the Ministry's enterprise CRM platform.
This role is central to the scalability and evolution of our Salesforce-based products that underpin service delivery and engagement across the education sector.
You'll work within a cross-functional team to establish a robust, scalable and secure Platform that enables extensible user-centred products to be implemented on the Salesforce platform.
Supported by Digital Practices, the team plays a key role in enabling smarter service delivery and better outcomes for learners, whanau, and educators.
Salary range : $85,225 - $103,071 per annum + 3% kiwi saver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

About you | Mohou ake
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.

Matihiko | Digital holds the strategic lead on technology matters across the Ministry.
This includes oversight of digital services in the Ministry, leading the cross-agency strategy 'Connected Ako : Digital and Data for Learning', enabling education system wide planning and investment in digital services, and ensuring the Ministry's alignment with broader best-practice government digital and data direction and guidance.
