We're deeply committed to creating and constructing extraordinary outdoor spaces in the commercial construction sector working with clients such as schools, retirement villages and councils, to name a few.We're now on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman to join our exceptional teams in Auckland.

Could this be you?

As our Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for : Overseeing daily progress on siteRunning projects on site from start to finishLeading and supporting our TechniciansKeeping things moving safely, efficiently and to a high standardIdeally, you'll bring previous landscaping experience.

We will also consider applicants from a construction background, especially those with hands-on building and concrete skills.Although this is a very hands-on foreman role, you'll also be client-facing so clear communication, a positive attitude and professional presentation are essential.You'll have a proven track record of being a "doer" who gets things done, including the ability to : Work as part of a team and meet timeframesSolve problems and think outside the boxRepresent the company professionally with clients and subcontractorsOn top of that, you'll have : Excellent hands-on skills using tools and machineryHorticulture and hard / soft landscaping experience (a definite advantage)Strong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to interpret construction plans and detailsAn exceptional eye for detail and pride in high-quality workmanshipFlexibility to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressureHow we reward youWe're introducing a profit-share arrangement so that when the business wins, we all win.

Our Auckland projects are still new and will take time to mature, so it may be around 12 months before they start generating strong profit.
