We're seeking a casual team member who is a dynamic and experienced retail professional to champion Mocka's presence within our Adairs store.

You'll be a Mocka specialist, share your expertise, and create that "WOW" factor by providing exceptional customer service, working collaboratively in a team and supporting each other to deliver outstanding results across both brands.

About The Opportunity :

• Playing a crucial role to the stores' success and customer satisfaction you time will be spent;

Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable

Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home

Contributing to the success of the overall stores' performance

Assisting with Visual Merchandising

Stock management and control

Supporting the team and helping everyone become successful

What Great Looks Like :

Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail)

Passion for creating wow for each and every one of our customers (and know how to do this effortlessly)

Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone and love creating solutions for customers
