Bim Modeller Cum Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller cum Co-ordinator to join our team at Kim Seng Heng Engineering Construction (Pte) Ltd on a full-time basis.

As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D building information models to support our engineering and construction projects.

Job Description

Able to take instruction and work independently

Carry out clash detection and assist in resolving clashes time site construction

Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build

Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM modelsIdentify and resolve conflicts and clashes within the BIM models

Generate reports, drawings, and visualisations from the BIM models

Provide support and training to project teams on the use of BIM technology

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination

Proficient in the use of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
