About the Role
NUS-ISS are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Lead, Curriculum Development cum Instructor to drive curriculum excellence and innovation at NUS-ISS. This role combines strategic oversight of course portfolios with hands‑on curriculum design and programme delivery for digital and leadership domains. You will play a pivotal role in curating, developing, and managing learning programmes that empower professionals and organisations to thrive in the digital economy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Course Portfolio Management & Curriculum Development
Lead market research and benchmarking to ensure course offerings remain relevant and future‑ready.
Oversee annual course portfolio reviews, recommending updates and new course opportunities.Manage the course catalogue, including onboarding and offboarding of courses, in collaboration with ecosystem partners.Work closely with subject matter experts to design, refine, and quality‑assure curriculum aligned with industry and client needs.Flagship Programme LeadershipLead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of flagship leadership programmes, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
Partner with clients, faculty, and SMEs to co‑design engaging learning experiences.Drive continuous quality improvement through feedback analysis and learner impact assessment.Client & Learner ExperienceServe as the primary liaison for programme clients and learners.
Curate a seamless learner journey from pre‑course engagement to post‑programme follow‑up.Analyse feedback and performance data to generate insights and recommend enhancements.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's preferred.At least 10 years of relevant experience in training, education, or curriculum development, ideally within digital, ICT, or leadership domains.Proven ability to design and manage complex learning programmes with multiple stakeholders.Strong grasp of digital transformation trends and leadership development needs.Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable leading in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
