Overview

Are you ready to take your leadership career to the next level and join Australasia's leading prestige beauty retailer? We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Maxima Bayfair store in Mount Maunganui on a 12 month fixed-term contract, part-time basis at 25 hours per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities, Ngā kawenga o ia rā :

Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

What success looks like / Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga

Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams

A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments

Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period.

Requirements

Availability to work late evenings and weekends
