As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless experiences for our patients while also supporting and guiding your team to perform at their best.
This role combines the core responsibilities of a Customer Experience Specialist with additional administration andleadership duties.
You'll train and onboard new team members, organise daily tasks, act as a key point of escalation, and support the Clinic Operations Specialist (COS) in delivering an exceptional customer journey.
About the role :
Your focus will be delivering customer-first service, liaising with patients, their families and care providers.
You will be the "go to" for resolving customer experience issues for our internal local siteand supporting the clinical team with the wider CET.
Ultimately, you will be proactive in making all patient experiences seamless, accessible, timely, and as safe as possible.
Key responsibilities include :
Team Support and Leadership
Providing insight into process improvement with the front-of-house & clinical operations.
Operational support.
Wider-team collaboration & problem-solving
Support clinical inbox, clinical administration & improving health targets.
