What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks across the siteResponding to work orders and ensuring timely completionIdentifying and reporting maintenance issues proactivelyCompleting daily site documentation and adhering to health & safety protocolsParticipating in rostered call-outs and occasional weekend shiftsWorking closely with both internal teams and external contractors
What You'll Bring
NZ Trade Qualification in Plumbing with current registration and license (Certifying preferred)Minimum 3 years' work experience2+ years in commercial maintenance (preferred)Solid understanding of the Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers Act 2006Full NZ Driver's LicenceComfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic software (Word, Excel, Webmail)Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP certification (preferred but not essential)Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

You'll need to pass a Ministry of Justice / Police checkCushman & Wakefield induction and compliance training requiredPre-employment checks include drug testing and a health questionnaire
