Plumbing Assistant

Key Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience.OR

Level 1 or higher qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.

Cut and prepare pipes and fittings under supervision.

Clean and prepare work areas before and after plumbing tasks.

Support trenching, digging, and backfilling for pipe installations.

Follow instructions to ensure plumbing work meets safety and quality standards.

Assist with testing and inspecting plumbing systems for leaks and functionality.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and equipment.

Comply with health & safety regulations on construction sites.

Report any hazards, incidents, or equipment faults to supervisors.

Keep records of work completed and materials used.

Perform other general labouring duties as required on site.
