The Role

As Principal – Stormwater, you will be at the forefront of shaping projects that protect and enhance urban waterways, flood resilience, and water quality. You'll combine technical expertise with strategic leadership, guiding a team of engineers while building strong partnerships across the sector.

This position is about more than project delivery, it's about influencing long‑term outcomes, driving growth, and ensuring that stormwater infrastructure contributes to thriving, sustainable environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen client relationships across Auckland and the wider region
• Secure and lead significant stormwater projects aligned with strategic priorities
• Provide technical oversight as Project Director or Reviewer, ensuring quality and performance
• Mentor and grow a team of engineering professionals in the Auckland office
• Collaborate with planning and modelling specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Represent the organisation at industry forums and contribute to sector leadership
• Play an active role in shaping strategic initiatives and future direction
