About The Role
Our Finance Business Partner works collaboratively with our Site Operations Manager to translate numbers into insights, insights into actions, and actions into performance.
You'll own site financial reporting and analysis, drive cost efficiency, and support growth through strong business partnering and forward-looking financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & P&L Management — own the month-end reporting and deliver timely, insightful financial analysis that drives informed decisions.
Build and maintain financial models that guide strategic and operational decisions, including scenario analysis and support for New Product Development (NPD).
Shape product costing — review and manage financial inputs for new products, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
Partner with Operations to analyse throughput, yield, and labour efficiency, and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing cost performance.
Deliver forward-looking insights through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis that highlight risks, opportunities, and operational drivers.
Champion data accuracy — maintain product and cost data integrity in D365 to support reliable budgeting, forecasting and decision-making.
Support governance and audit by documenting key assumptions, explaining business impacts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
Track and influence key metrics — develop and report financial and operational KPIs to monitor and improve profitability and productivity.
About You
CA / CPA (or equivalent) qualified
4+ years in a commercial finance or business partnering role
Commercial & manufacturing acumen : a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and the commercial drivers of the business.
Financial expertise : Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis skills within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Communication & influence : excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders and positively influence decision-making.
Advanced in Excel and modelling skills, with experience in working with ERP systems (preferably D365).
You are an independent self-starter with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
