About the Role
We're looking for a strategic leader to drive HTS-110's international market entry and growth. As the Head of Commercial Strategy, you will lead sales, marketing and business development efforts within multiple sectors, working closely with the executive team and board to achieve long‑term objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies and identifying and securing global partnerships.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in commercialising deep‑tech or high‑growth hardware technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international go‑to‑market planning and partnership development, particularly in STEM markets.
