About the Role

Our Managers have the responsibility and privilege of leading our retail teams within the stores to be supported, inspired, coached and encouraged to achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets.

They drive impeccable customer service to every person that walks through our doors and successfully drive store and brand initiatives.

This role is responsible for the management of rosters and wages for your team within your targets set maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising and stock management.

A typical day may include :

• Drive impeccable customer service within the store and role modelling this for the team
• Driving store and brand initiatives
• Completion of administrative duties
• Providing advice, guidance and support to team members

About You

You will bring outstanding communication skills, an amazing attitude and your own authentic personality to provide a first-class experience for all of our customers.
