Join our dynamic team as a vital member of the Opioid Substitution Treatment (OST) Group, dedicated to offering tailored care and assistance to individuals grappling with severe opiate addiction in the local community.
This role involves empowering Tangata Whaiora / consumers in accessing community-centric resources, fostering autonomy and recovery; fostering linkages to social and support systems; strategizing wellness & objective setting, self-management, and fortitude enhancement. The objectives of this role encompass :
Our comprehensive services include 1-1 counselling, group therapy, detoxification treatment, Opioid Substitution Treatment, and Co-existing Problems treatment.
