The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualities, and skills :
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced retail, wholesale, restaurant, or supermarket environment
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Highly organised, reliable, and accountable
- Passionate about food and delivering best quality products at best prices for our customers
- An outstanding communicator and committed to building strong relationships with team, suppliers, and customers.
- Hold or be capable of obtaining a first aid certificate
Your management responsibilities will include :
This is a full-time position, ideally working five days and 45 hours per week. The days and hours of work will be discussed at the interview stage and could be tailored to suit the individual however will require early morning starts and may require some weekend work.
