Join Our Team for a Dynamic Maintenance Role!
Are you ready to be a valuable member of a small and dedicated team responsible for the meticulous care and upkeep of our site? As part of this team, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from maintaining the lawn, trees, and grass, to ensuring the entire site remains impeccably organized and tidy. What makes this role truly unique is the incredible variety it offers—no two days are ever the same!
Your responsibilities will include :
- Engaging in manual labour tasks, such as moving materials, cleaning, tidying, and digging, to maintain the site's pristine condition.
- Operating Class 1 vehicles both on the road and on-site, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability.
- Following instructions with precision and ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
- Providing assistance for various on-site activities as required, showcasing your adaptability and teamwork.

Qualifications
To excel in this role :
We seek a motivated and physically fit team player with a strong commitment to safety, an enthusiasm for outdoor work, and a thirst for continuous learning. A full class 1 driver's license is required. Proficiency in operating a variety of power tools, a robust work ethic paired with a positive attitude, the capability to effectively handle manual labour tasks, unwavering reliability, punctuality, and a proactive willingness to embrace new challenges.
Furthermore, we highly value your ability to function as a team player, with excellent communication skills. This is a permanent full-time position that offers opportunities for skill development and licensing through our upskilling programs in Heavy Construction machine operation.
