The Opportunity :

The Procurement and Accounting Co-ordinator will provide support to the Financial Controller and the wider finance and procurement teams by managing junior responsibilities related to procurement and accounting. This role will involve managing procurement processes, templates, vendor onboarding, reporting, vendor rebates and assisting with RFQ / RFP. Additionally, the role will handle accounting tasks such as month-end reconciliations, month-end reporting, and journal entries.

Location : NZ Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060).

Hours : 40 hours Monday - Friday

What we’re looking for :

  • Diploma or Tertiary qualification in Commerce / Accounting
  • Knowledge of procurement and maintenance processes
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process improvement, automation projects are desirable.
