What you’ll be doing

This is a Part-time position of 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is flexible to work across different days from 4pm till Midnight. Please consider this when you apply.

As a Duty Manager in a Kmart Aotearoa store you will :

To be successful in this role you’ll have :

Experience as a kaiwhakahaere (manager) across either a big box or high-volume retail environment

A passion for delivering results that will inspire and motivate your rōpū (team)

Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams

Ngā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmene ake (reach higher) every day

The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
