About the Position :
The Lead Partnerships, East Coast is a frontline leader and chief relationship-builder for Roundglass Foundation's U.S. fundraising efforts on the East Coast.
This person will develop and execute fundraising strategies across all revenue streams, strongly focusing on corporate giving, CSR partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
This is a builder's role : you'll be empowered to lead strategy and build a dedicated team in the region.
You will work closely with Roundglass leadership and cross-functional teams across the U.S. and India, and be supported by world-class collateral, storytelling, and live impact dashboards.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Organizational Developmento Partner with the Head of Development to shape and revise the organization's business plan, including setting goals, strategies, key milestones, metrics, and staffing / budget projections.o Lead internal planning efforts for the development team, including drafting policies, procedures, and performance goals.Fundraising & StrategyLead efforts across corporate partnerships (CSR), individual giving, and foundations.Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to grow the portfolio to ~200 current and prospective donors, ensuring consistent, personalized engagement that supports their ongoing relationship with Roundglass Foundation.Team Leadership & Chapter SupportAs the regional portfolio grows, hire, lead, and mentor a small but mighty development team.Develop an Advisory Board and serve as a key liaison to members and regional Foundation Chapters—supporting volunteer leaders in their advocacy and fundraising efforts across philanthropy, corporate, nonprofit, and civic sectors.Provide direct, efficient support to regional councils to help them build strong, productive relationships with key donors and partners.Data Management and OperationsMaintain disciplined CRM practices in HubSpot; utilize iWave and internal research tools for prospecting and moves management.Maintain rigorous standards for donor data management, ensuring all CRM / database protocols are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with best practices.Oversee the development and distribution of performance reports, forecasts, and progress updates to ensure goals are met.Uphold and champion ethical fundraising standards, transparency, and long-term relationship-building over short-term transactions. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in nonprofit development, with proven success closing five- and six-figure+ gifts from individuals, corporations, and / or foundations.Strong relationship-building skills with a donor-centric, long-term engagement approach.Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a growing environment and capable of building systems, strategies, and teams.Demonstrated success leading or contributing to high-performing development teams, including experience in setting strategy, managing portfolios, and supporting team members toward shared fundraising goals.Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple relationships and initiatives simultaneously.Clear and compelling communicator with exceptional interpersonal and writing skills.High integrity and humility. Pay & Benefits :
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 plus full benefits to start.
Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package.
In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits : Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical / dental / vision with PPO / HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life / LTD / STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service.
