We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional Village Assistant to join our team at our Whangarei Village until September 2025.In this role, you will ensure the safety and security of the village and be ready to respond to any medical or emergency incidents that may arise.You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all Village related matters whilst on duty and more importantly providing a visible, reassuring presence overnight and ensuring our residents feel safe and supported while the village sleeps.

In addition, you will support the Village Manager in carrying out a range of task around the village including but not limited to administration support and cleaning / housekeeping.The Hours For This Role AreMonday and Tuesday 4 : 30pm - 11 : 30pmWednesday to Friday 11 : 30pm - 7 : 30amQualificationsYou'll be someone who brings a calm, confident presence to the role—comfortable working alone overnight, capable of thinking on your feet, and able to make sound decisions under pressure without hesitation.
