Site Manager with proven ability to develop collaborative and effective working relationships with Project Managers, Clients and site based trades is now sought to join a leading NZ owned construction business to lead site installations in the Bay of Plenty.As Site Manager you will work closely with Project Managers and Clients to develop effective methodologies for projects, working on sites to oversee project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time and to the high degree of quality that this business is renowned for.Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEnsuring your sites are managed in safely at all times and that QSHE requirements are met and compliance with PCBU policies and instructions.Managing site installations efficiently, ensuring materials and resources are available as required.Managing project documentation and QA documentation.Undertaking site measures when required.Overseeing installation work and managing employees and / or subcontractors.Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with Clients.Desired Skills And ExperienceTeam player, methodical with enthusiastic attitude.Able to work to timelines, while maintaining a high level of QA.High regard for Health & Safety.Self starter who can work independently without supervisionCirca 10 years in the building and construction industry.Effective understanding of construction principles and building codes.Trade qualification.Site Safe tickets & preferably 'Working at Height' training.Full NZ driving licence and NZ working rights essential.If you meet the above criteria and enjoy a fast paced working environment which will utilise your construction knowledge and site management skills please apply or contact Thomas for more information.Thomas
