Catering Assistant (Part Time)- Burnham

About the role :

Our ESS team are looking for an exceptional  Catering Assistant  to join our team in our site at  Burnham Military Camp , 28km south of Christchurch.  Permanent Part Time role, 20 hours per week.

In this position you will be assisting with;

• The preparation and presentation of amazing food
• Producing outstanding coffee
• Cash handling
• Washing dishes
• General cleaning duties

What we are looking for :

If you're our ideal candidate;

• You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
• You will already have some experience working in a similar position making coffee and hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one.
• You will have superior customer service skills but most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
