We partner directly with CIOs and business leaders across industry and government, helping organizations make smarter and faster decisions to achieve their mission-critical priorities.We are a diverse team of strategy thought leaders, specializing in technology innovation and transformation.The strategic consulting engagements we deliver are unbiased and independent, helping challenge conventional thinking and accomplish ground-breaking results for our clients across all areas of their business.What you'll doOur Managing Partners are responsible for Gartner Consulting's relationship with a portfolio of Gartner accounts within Healthcare Industry based on the West Coast.As a Managing Partner, you'll advise clients at the highest strategic level with both big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

Your main goal will be on prospecting for new leads and closing deals by developing compelling proposals and corresponding business plans that marry Gartner's key insights to clients' critical business objectives and help them achieve mission critical objectives; develop best of breed Transformation strategies; reach their organizations' strategic goals.You will articulate to clients (CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CMOs, CDOs and other business leaders) the breadth and depth of Gartner Consulting Solutions; Drive strategic deals in key accounts with repeatable potential.Lead pursuit development efforts; Build accounts over time, by shifting from transactional activity toward a business stream driven by growing client relationship and trusted advisor status; Execute account planning.What you'll needAn excellent understanding of Healthcare Industry in West Region especially in the payer or provider space providing strategy solution.Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm.Experience in identifying and qualifying potential new consulting clients.Experience in building a portfolio of clients and retaining them over years.Experience in one or more of : CIO Advisory ServicesDigital TransformationData & AnalyticsTechnology and IT Strategy (infrastructure and / or applications)Sourcing, Vendor management and Contract OptimizationStrategic TransformationExpertise with strategic consulting frameworks and financial principles.Experience in leading IT strategy engagements, and leading sales pursuits and proposal development and solutioning.An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal.MBA qualification desirable.An unwavering commitment to the success of your team, and willingness to provide constructive / corrective action when / if needed.Who you areYou enjoy learning and challenging yourself every day through working with colleagues from different backgrounds.Self-starter and a quick learner, you demonstrate no-limits mindset.Passionate about technology and helping clients in the time of industry disruption led by technology evolution.Very persuasive, Ability to build rapport and close deals.Ability to quickly assess situation, adapt their approach and make decisions.Very comfortable in converting new prospects into clients.High performing team player with a passion for intercultural communication and collaboration.
