LOOKING FOR PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT MANAGER FOR TASTY THAI RESTAURANT AND TAKEAWAYS.

WORKING HOURS-MINIMUM 30 HOURS PER WEEK WITH THE PAYRATE RANGING FROM $30 - $32 DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE.

Your responsibilities include : ? Ensure that highest level of customer service is maintained at all times? Ensure the restaurant is always clean, well-maintained, and compliant with healthand safety standards, including local council regulations.

• Select, train, supervise, and manage staff to ensure consistent performance andservice quality.
• Engage with customers to receive feedback and assess satisfaction with meals andoverall service.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs, ensuring dishes reflect authentic Thai cuisineand meet customer preferences.
• Organise and coordinate special events or functions, including menu planning andstaff rosters.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and financial transactions.
• Assist with daily operations as needed, including taking reservations, greeting guests,and helping with orders.
• Arrange the purchasing and pricing of food, beverages, and supplies according to therestaurant's budget and quality standards.
• Perform additional duties as required from time to time.

Skills and Experience Required : ? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry? Having a relevant qualification in hospitality management is a plus but notmandatory if you have 2 years of experience? Strong leadership and team management skills? Great presentation and grooming
