We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take the reins on our global marketing strategy, manage our brand presence, and lead campaigns that inspire and connect with women worldwide.The roleThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape our marketing strategy, manage budgets, and oversee all campaign activity.
You'll be both the strategic thinker and the person who can jump in to deliver — ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably Hotmilk.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement the annual marketing strategy to achieve business goals.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and tone across all channels.Plan and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and other digital platforms.Lead the creation of on-brand content, campaigns and photoshoots.Monitor KPIs and produce reports with actionable insights to improve ROI.Lead the e-commerce, wholesale, and product teams on launches and seasonal promotions.Maintain and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective results.Stay ahead of digital trends and test new channels or tools.What you'll bringProven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in e-commerce or retail.Hands-on skills with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.Strong understanding of brand management and customer experience.
