What you have to do :

• Provide Nurse Practitioner / Prescriber services across aged care facilities and a primary care clinic
• Assess, triage, diagnose, treat and prescribe for a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with GPs, RNs and Allied Health teams
• Help reduce unnecessary hospital admissions and improve patient's outcomes
• Influence senior nursing staff

What you have to have :

• Nurse Practitioner scope of practice with NZ Nursing Council registration
• Experience in both aged care and primary health preferred

• Articulate with attention to detail whilst being a confident communicator
