Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations this pivotal role will drive the optimization of our sales processes and strategies to enhance close rates with our enterprise and commercial customers and Health Plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the benefits landscape, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in sales enablement within B2B environments targeting large organizations.We are only considering candidates based on the East Coast.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
