This 20-hour per week position will have varying daily hours beginning 15 July 2025.Hikurangi Kindergarten is situated in the settlement of Hikurangi about a ten-minute drive north of Whangarei.
Tamariki attend from both the local community and surrounding rural and coastal areas.
The kindergarten operates five 6-hour sessions Monday to Friday catering for 30 children between two and six years of age.Hikurangi Kindergarten operates as an All-Year Model.
Teaching staff benefit from 30 days of annual leave and 15 professional time days per year, this 20-hour position includes 4 non-contact hours per week.
