This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.

Therefore, we require an experienced Practice manager, ideally with experience working within the dental or healthcare industry.The Hours For This RoleMonday to Friday : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pmQualificationsTo step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience : Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedbackWell-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clientsThe ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexibleAn understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statementsConfidence with and the aptitude to learn new technologyAdditional InformationFor your chance to make a meaningful impact, drive positive change and lead a fantastic team - please submit your interest today.Applying with Us?
