Appointment Setting Consultant - 20 hours per week (6-month fixed-term contract)Our Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, creating memorable first impressions and guiding our customers on their journey to better hearing.
About the role : As a Contact Care Consultant, you'll contact existing customers to arrange appointments for free hearing checks at our clinic.
It's a busy, people-focused role where you're well supported by your team and team leader.
